Yoga Camp in Downtown Tulsa
Perfect your form with our yoga instructors in a small group setting
YogaCamp is our brand spankin’ new 12 week program, unlike anything in the Tulsa area. Whether you are also brand spankin’ new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi looking to reconnect with the foundational poses, this class is for you. We will not only focus on the asana (posture) part of yoga practice, but touch base with some philosophy as well. This is a good as gravy way to boost your confidence in a studio class setting (ours or otherwise) and/or develop a home practice.
What's included in Yoga Camp?
12 weeks of once-a-week class (see times offered below) with a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 hour yoga teacher. In these classes we will spend some time exploring different types of breath, the philosophical limbs of yoga and dissect up to three postures per class. We’ll end each class with a sweet little flow into savasana.
Studio class access: 2 additional studio yoga classes per week
Weekly videos to use at home that coincide with that week’s lesson, including a review of the previous week’s postures.
Workbook with explanations and key components of each pose, as well as reflective questions to go hand-in-hand with the philosophy study.

We encourage you to choose a time that works the best for you most often. This will help you get to know your instructor and classmates! However, we understand if you have conflicts and need to bounce around.
