Teresa's yoga practice began in January 2014, where she was instantly hooked as she enjoyed the physicality of doing yoga postures. Since her first class, yoga has enhanced her strength, flexibility, and discipline. Her love of yoga soon led her Florida to earn her certification for RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance in the summer of 2014. Her training in vinyasa, restorative, hatha, meditation and power yoga allow her classes to be both challenging and rewarding. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for all. No matter if you are an experienced athlete or a first time yogi, her classes are taught with you in mind. She can't wait to see you all on the mat, where we will breathe, move, flow, and grow together!
Jessica has been involved in sports and fitness since she dribbled her first basketball in her Indiana driveway. Her path has twisted and turned through marathon training and a Personal Trainer certification in Memphis to a Masters Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition in Austin. She moved to Tulsa with the intention of opening a studio and coaching runners. She is loved by many for her encouraging and motivational outlook, with easy and sustainable changes for lasting results. When she's not at the studio you can likely find her sipping on a coffee at Foolish Things or tricking her dog Miley into running sprints by chasing after a tennis ball. She can't wait for you to join the fun!
Michelle has been on a journey with her yoga practice for over 10 years. An avid runner for most of her life, Michelle started practicing yoga as an outlet to build strength and keep injuries at bay. It quickly evolved into so much more when she realized the healing power of her time on the mat, for both her body and soul. Since then, yoga has become her tool to practice self-love and self acceptance daily, as well as a way to connect, laugh, and grow with others. She teaches a breath-based flow which uses powerful poses and fluid movements to build strength. In Michelle's classes you'll get quiet, sweat a little, and celebrate each breath!
Since earning her 200-hr RYT certification through EveryOne Yoga School in November 2015, Janelle has been adding her own personal touch to her established practice. Through alignment-based instruction and a gracious spirit, her goal is to bring a new awareness to breath and how it relates to the movements of the body in her yoga classes. She ultimately plans on continuing her yoga education in order to one day become a yoga/music therapist. Her hope for you is that you discover both peace and healing through yoga as well as the greater power that lies within all of us.
